4. Payments & Refunds

All guide prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed upon order confirmation. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
